1) Please Download PacSteam from HERE

2) Extract PacSteam_Setup

3) Open PacSteam_Setup folder and run PacSteam_Setup.exe

3) Choose your language.


4) Install PacSteam


5) In the last step, press Finish. DO NOT LAUNCH PROGRAM FILE, otherwise your install will be failed.


6) Go to C:/PacSteamT folder, run AutoUpdator to update the PacSteam.


7) Press Next and continue the update process.


After the update process is complete, Press Finish.


9) The following screen should show automatically, If not, please run Launcher.exe on C:/PacSteamT.


10) The following screen should show after the Steam Update, CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT just for PacSteam.


11) Go to Library and start downloading.
