really sounds to good to be true.

Valve has announced a release date for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The anticipated game is targeted for a release on August 21 at a price point of $15.

Valve must want to take back the #1 spot for FPS.

The only ways to get into the beta right now are:

1. Fill out the survey, and hope that you get a key. If you get a key from Valve, you will get an extra key in your inventory, to give to a friend. Keys are given out every Friday by Valve.
1a. All keys given out by Valve are RANDOM. It could take two weeks...or two months etc. to get a key. Filling out the survey DOES NOT mean that you'll definitely get a key, either.

2. Get a key gifted to you by a friend.

THAT IS THE ONLY OFFICIAL SITE. THE OTHER SITES ARE FAKE, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR STEAM INFORMATION.
